EMAIL (patti.page@redstone.army.mil) ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be re leased outside the United Stated without prior approval of the Government. System: STINGER, PRON: D12F0044, Nomenclature: Interface Electronics Assembly, NSN: 5998-01-458-9987, PN: 481-300001. This proposed acquisition is a life-of-type buy for a qua ntity of 200 each. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Contract or tested first article required. Delivery schedule 155 days after contract award for first article production and test report, 110 days for production quantity, 265 days total production and first article, 110 days after contract award without first art icle test. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from oth er than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with on ly one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed.
