Description: NA The principle features of the masonry services to be provided are to remove all damaged/deteriorated mortar joints, pointing to obtain visually compatible features to create the same color and tooling joints, resetting of stones and remove and replace or r euse salvaged caps as necessary throughout various locations at the U.S. Military Academy. The government intends to award a one-year with a one-year option contract. This contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity requirements contract . Potential sources are invited to identify their technical ability to perform these services through the submission of an abbreviated capability statement. Of particular interest is past performance of similar scope, magnitude and complexity to the requ irement envisioned herein. Interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement. Ability to perform in this location should also be addressed. Responding concerns are asked to t heir size status in relation to applicable NAICS Code 235410 and size standard of $11.5 Million. Sources with 8(a) status, HUBzone concern, or otherwise classified as a small disadvantaged business should identify themselves in order that the Contracting Officer may better determine the optimal procurement strategy.
