- Description
- The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center Philadelphia, Directorate of Medical Material plans to issue an unrestricted Request For Proposal (RFP) to solicit offers to select a Prime Vendor of Pharmaceuticals to support the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy Program. The proposed contract would include a base period of one year with 9 1-year option periods. The current estimated dollar value to support the Mail Order Pharmacy program per year is $250,000,000. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is 26 November 2001. The solicitation will only be available via the Internet on the Department of Defense Procurement Gateway for downloading by potential offerors. Once the solicitation is made available, a copy will be able to be obtained by going to http://progate.daps.mil/home.
