- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate solely with Equal Opportunity Publication, located at 1160 East Jericho Turnpike Suite 200, Huntington, NY 11743 to obtain full page advertisements in Equal Opportunity Magazine and Careers and the DisABLED Magazine. The ads will run in the Winter, Spring and Fall issues of each of these publications. SSA has a targeted audience in mind for these advertisements. SSA is interested in placing ads in these publications because of their successful record of helping job seekers from underrepresented groups find employment and help government agencies recruit from a diversified pool of applicants. This is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. The Government does not intend to pay for information received. All interested parties must respond with in 5 calendar days from the date of this notice. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm?s capability to provide the requirement described above. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to SSA-02-0001. If after December 13, 2001, no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, SSA shall negotiate solely with Equal Opportunity Publication.
