Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-1472, YPG01318000711, NSN 6850-00-264-5771, Calibrating Fluid, Aircraft Fuel System Components, Unit Drum is 55 Gallon Net at 60 DEG F. Corrosion Inhibitor and Antioxidant Additives shall be blended in the Calibrating Fluid. D.O.T. Class: 3. Shipping Name: Flammable Liquids, N.O.S. UN 1993. Critical Application Item. Drum shall conform to a 1A1, 18/18 Gauge, Dark Green, Black or Blue. In Addition to the packaging requirements included in the Commodity Specification listed below, the Supplies shall comply with Applicable packaging requirements of the Latest Edition of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG), Title Forty-Nine of the Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). Unless otherwise specified by the procuring Activity, Interior and Exterior containers of Hazardous Material shall be properly Classified, Documented, Certified, Described, Packaged, Marked, and Labeled in Accordance with ICAO, IMDG, 49 CFR, AFJMAN 24-204, and MIL-STD-129. Packaging with a Net Mass exceeding 882 pounds and packages with a capacity exceeding 118.8 Gallons. All certificates and reports shall be available for Inspection by an authorized Government Representative for a Period of not less than 3 Years. DRUMS: 5 Gallons, 24 Gauge, Color Black, Dark Green or Blue, shall be new and unused unless specified otherwise. 55 Gallon, 18/18 Gauge, Color Black, Dark Green or Blue, shall be new and unused unless specified otherwise. 100% Small Business Set Aside. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation.
