Description

NA Anticipated issue date 12/27/2001. Services, non-personal to be performed at the 105th Airlift Wing NYANG, 1 Militia Way, Newburgh, NY 12550. The proposed contract will be issued for a period of one base year, with four one year options to be exercised a t the discretion of the Government as per FAR Clause 52.217-9. Due date for proposals shall be on or around 29 January 2002 at 1500 hours local time. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for on or around 16 January 2002 10:00 local time at the base. Th e solicitation is unrestricted, all responsible parties may submit proposal which shall be considered. The dollar magnitute of the solicitation is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 per year. FAR Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation Factors - Commercial Items shall be included in the solicitation. The Evaluation Factors, in descending order of importance are: Past Peformance, Knowledge of the Military, Management Skills, Locality and Availability in relation to the worksite, and Price Proposal. Intere sted parties may request a solicitation packet from USPFO-NY, ATTN: MNPF-PC, 330 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110-2224.
