- Please note that this procurement is not being conducted by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. It is being posted on this site at the request of State of Florida Department of Management Services to ensure that SERPL construction opportunities receive the maximum amount of exposure. All interested parties must contact Ms. Roth with Bovis Lend Lease. Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Construction Manager: Bovis Lend Lease for the Space Experiments Research And Processing Laboratory (SERPL), Kennedy Space Center, Florida, on behalf of the State of Florida Department of Management Services at the office of Bovis Lend Lease, 300 South Orange Avenue, Suite 800 Orlando, FL. 32801. All work shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents pertaining thereto, which may be obtained through the Orlando office of Bovis Lend Lease for a nonrefundable cost of $200.00 for full sets and $100.00 for partial sets, attn.: Lynda Roth (#407/551-1000) or Fax (#407/551-1001) to arrange for documents. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2002, at the Bovis Lend Lease Orlando office. Drawings, Specifications and Instruction to Bidders are available for review at Bovis Lend Lease plan room located at the above address and at the following locations: **Central Florida Builder's Exchange, Winter Park, FL **Construction Market Data, Orlando, FL **FW Dodge, Orlando, FL **Florida East Coast Builders Exchange, Cocoa Beach, FL. Documents are available after January 16, 2002. Trade packages bid dates are: February 12, 2002: Tilt-up Panels, Laboratory Casework & Equipment, Elevators. February 14, 2002: Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical. February 19, 2002: Sitework, Utilities, Paving, Masonry, Lt Wt Roof Deck, Waterproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Roofing, Spray Fireproofing, Doors Frames Hardware, Coiling Doors, Aluminum Storefront & Curtainwall. February 21, 2002: Carpentry, Drywall, Ceramic, Ceilings, VCT, Carpet, Resinous Floors, Painting. February 26, 2002: Landscape, Irrigation, Site Fencing, Site Concrete, Specialties, Systems Furniture. All bids are to be submitted by 2:00 PM on the dates mentioned above.
