Description

The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Region 6, Olympic National Forest is issuing a Request for Quotations for the Coho Water System Upgrade Project. The project consists of construction of 5525 lineal feet of 3inch Schedule 40 PVC waterline; the supplying and erecting of two 5400 gallon polyethylene water tanks, and providing all the appurtenant plumbing to connect the tanks and waterlines to the existing well and to Coho Campground distribution system located near Lake Wynoochee, on the Hood Canal Ranger District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234990 with a size standard of $27.5M to determine whether a company is a small business. This solicitation will be advertised as a Commercial Items Request in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures and will be 100% Hub Zone set-aside. The Davis Bacon Wage Determination Act applies to this acquisition. Solicitation #R6-OLY-2-04-O will be available on or about January 10, 2002. Quotations will be due on January 31, 2002.
