Description: The Government intends to award a follow-on contract to The Trane Company for providing maintenance and inspection services for the heating ventilation and air conditioning system located at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. This is going to be a follow-on/sole source acquisition due to the fact that The Trane Company is the only authorized certified service provider in the state of Hawaii that is authorized by the Trane Company.
