- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to award a sole-source commercial contract to Gate Technologies International Inc., 3700 Airport Road, Suite 307, Boca Raton, FL, 33431. Gate Technologies has submitted an unsolicited proposal to provide a prototype of their hardware authentication technology employing dynamic entropy. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue an award under other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for unsolicited or competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition is made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2302 (c) (1) and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 2:00 p.m. on 30 December 2001.
