- DESCRIPTION: Filter Element, Intake, 2940011131248 made in accordance with Army Drawing (19207) 12294530 and all current related data. Estimated annual quantity of 2750 to be delivered to various zones within CONUS, with a phased delivery schedule. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. See Note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of January 11. 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/ rfp. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07?Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is for an NSN Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, which contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed four years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Automated best value system applies (ABVS). This acquisition is unrestricted.
