- Troop Issue Activities in the Colorado/Wyoming Zone require bread and bakery products for deliveries starting 01 March 2002. The contract period will be 12 months. The acquisition will be issued Unrestricted. Materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
