- SOURCE CONTROL ITEM. ORIGIN INSPECTION REQUIRED. CRITICAL APPLICATION. Specification, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. Delivery schedule 450 days aro. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation package must be completed. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
