- Description
- This project work consists of the Construction of a 15 unit day use area. Work consists of clearing, excavation, installation of a two unit flush toilet, 20 space paved & striped parking area, trash enclosure, plumbing & hose bib, miscellaneous masonry block wall, and the option to construct 9 single unit day use sites, 3 double unit day use sites, approximately 600 linear feet of concrete accessible trail, approximately 300 linear feet of soil cement accessible trail, site area lighting, and a amphitheater with block walls, benches, fire ring construction, lighting and projection screen installation. NOTE: THE SITE WORK INCLUDING THE TOILET INSTALLATION & PARKING AREA WILL BE THE BASIS OF THIS PROJECT, ALL ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE INCLUDED AS BID ADDITIVES DEPENDANT ON BID COMPOSITION AND AVAILABLE FUNDING.
