- This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a sole-source service agreement with Enlightened Leadership International, Inc. for a Enlightened Leadership Training Seminar entitled "Enlightened Leadership: Getting to the Heart of Change" published by Simon & Shuster in 1993. Enlightened Leadership International, Inc. founders are the authors of this best-selling publication and are therefore the only providers of this seminar. Enlightened Leadership International, Inc. is to provide eight (8) half day seminar sessions. A firm-fixed-price purchase order for these services will be issued as a result of this announcement.
