Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a Single Source requirement under Solicitation DTFA-02-52-R-0122295, to provide engineering design, software and hardware development, enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance of the Automated Flight Inspection System (AFIS), utilized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in flight inspection aircraft, from Parker Electronic Systems Division, Aerospace Group, Parker Hannifin Corporation, 300 Marcus Boulevard, P.O. Box 9400, Smithtown, New York 11787. The statutory authority for this acquisition is AMS 3.2.2.4, Single Source Selection.

The following notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
