Description: W--TITLE: LEASE EQUIPMENT SOL RFP 546-22-02 DUE: 1/8/02 POC: Rose Wildgoose, Contracting Officer (305)324-3284. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1201 NW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33125 intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition with Nova Biomedical for a lease base year with four option years to upgrade the existing instrumental systems. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No solicitation package is available and requests are not being colictated. See Note 22.
