This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12. This announcement is a request for quotations; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED, THE SOLICITATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS POSTING IS ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION AND FORMS ONLY. Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase order for Cisco Equipment. See attached "Solicitation" for Bid Schedule. ***** Quote must include total price including FOB destination shipping, delivery/installation schedule, discount payment terms (if available) and completed Offeror Representations and Certifications. ***** This synopsis/solicitation is issued as a 100 percent SMALL BUSINESS WHICH IS HUBZONE CERTIFIED set-aside. SIC Code is 3571, NAICS Code is 421430, SBA Size Standard is 100 employees. Closing date: 11 January 2002. Complete written quotations must be physically received by the 55th Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by close of business 11 January 2002 via US Mail, facsimile or email.
