- This will be a Firm-fixed price for the following components of the Combined Altitude Radar Altimeter (CARA) System: Signal Data Converter, applicable to APN-232, NSN 5895-01-445-1432CW, P/N 85900000-04, Quantity: 15 each. Required delivery is 5 each by June 2002 and 2 each per month April - June 2003; and 2 each per month Aug and Sep 2003. The approximate issue date will 20 January 2002 with the approximate response date of 20 February 2002. The solicitation will be placed on the web at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels.
