- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.3, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be written. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. This acquisition falls under North American industry Classification System ( NAICS) code 334514. The government intends to solicit and award this Purchase Order for the following: LI 0001 1ea Digital Pioneer, Intella -A- Pay multi space parking meter system. System is to include; 1. Digital Pioneer, Intella ? A ? Pay multi space parking meter, 2. A&D steel mounting pedestal, contactor to install unit, 3. 1 ea. Extra Locking Bill Stacker unit, 4. 1ea. Extra Locking Coin Bag 5. 1ea. Extra Roll of ticket stock ( 3 to 5k tickets per roll) 6. 1ea. Palm Pilot, with connection cables and software, 7. 1ea Digital Pioneer Utility Software with manuals 8. 1ea. PC Charge, Credit card Processing software, 9. 1ea. A&D PC with monitor and inkjet printer, 10. 1ea. Digital Pioneer Solar Power Charging unit, 11. 1 year Warranty on all parts and labor, 12. 16 hours of training on the system operation. ****** OR EQUAL******* FOB Point is Travis AFB, Ca 94535.
