EMAIL curtis.ivey@redstone.army.mil System: AVENGER, PRON: D12F0034, Nomenclature: Recocking System Assembly (Remote Charging Assembly), NSN: 1430-13-115-6136, PN: 3645012010. The current known quantity for this item is 18 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five ( 5) program periods for a total maximum quantity of 78. Orders will be issued as requirements materialize; however, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. The closing date annot ated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery schedule, 100 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. RFP will be issued to FN Herstal SA, Voie De Liege 33, Herstal, Belgium. All responsible sources may submit a bid/ proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-H, FAX Number 256-955-7737. The most recent representative unit price and quantity relative to this acquisition is: NSN: 1430-13-115-6136, Award date 22 Jan 99, Qty: 23 each. The Government provides this price history without assuming the responsibility for any resulting conclusions or interpretations that may be made.
