You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-A, Roberta Bodine, Contracting Officer, telephone number 256-955-9283, FAX number 256-955-9220. PRONS: AX2C9008AX/4629R46446AX, NSN: 3020-01-171-6164; Quantity: 372 each, Part Number: 13074540, Noun: Gear, Spur-Machining, applicable to the TADS/PNVS. This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. This requirement is also a 100% small business set-aside. Deliveries are FOB destination with 232 going to Orlando, FL 32819-8907 and 140 going to Mesa, AZ 85205-0001. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 372 each 420 days after contract award (DACA). First Art icle Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 372 each 280 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
