Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation DAAD05-02-R-0016 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Requirement is for Test Bench for M60 Advance Unit Assembly for the Government of Egypt. Requisition Number BEGB4N-1345-E700. The freight forward is Panalpina, Harmans, Maryland 21077. This is a Foreign Military Sales requirement, FMS Case Egypt EG-B-BBM. Pursuant to DoD 5105.38, Security Assistance Man agement Manual, Paragraph 90210, A, and Table 902-6, this acquisition is restricted to U.S. incorporated firms licensed to do business in the United States. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, a completed copy must be provided with offers. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and C onditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
