- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number RFQ-02-029 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 531190 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million. The solicitation is for the following: Temporary Warehouse Space in Parkersburg, WV with the following requirements: Use of 10,000 square feet of open space; within one (1) mile of The Bureau of the Public Debt Warehouse at 149 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV; all utilities included; Rodent free environment; Non-crated storage facility; Restroom facilities; Two loading docks; Dock must be trailer height; Dock and storage area restricted to Bureau of the Public Debt personnel only; Unlimited access for Bureau of the Public Debt personnel to storage space provided; Vendor shall pay moving expenses of current furniture inventory; Term is a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of one (1) year. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Award will be based on low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with their offer.
