- Description
- The Federal Government has a requirement to lease office space consisting of approximately 48,000 BOMA rentable square feet. The office space will be a three-story build-to-suit office building to be located on approximately 3.586 acres of land on the Colorado State University Campus, hereinafter referred to as the 'Building E', adjacent to the proposed Building D in the Natural Resources Research Park, 2150 Centre Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado. A parking deck to accommodate approximately 94 parking spaces is planned. The successful Offeror will enter into a ground lease with the Colorado State University and a building lease with the General Services Administration (GSA). The proposed building must yield approximately 43,000 BOMA usable square feet for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, equipment and public use areas. The building must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The initial tenant will be the Forest Service. Such space shall be ready for occupancy no later than May 2003. The government is seeking a 20-year firm term lease.
