Description

This prospective requirement is for the issuance of an order for the procurement of 6 each P/N OL-541A/TPX42A(V) Interrogator Sets under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-00-G-0321 with Telephonics Corporation located at 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735. This action is being pursued on a sole source basis citing statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition title 10, U.S.C. 2304c (1) Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Telephonics is the sole developer and manufacturer of the OL-541A/TPX-42A(V) Interrogator sets and ancillary equipment and retains all proprietary data rights for this equipment. Note 22 applies.
