- DESCRIPTION: BASIC WORK: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to: 1.1.1 remove damaged brick units. 1.1.2 Mechanically remove rust and otherwise prepare structural steel members and second floor level steel deck to receive a rust inhibitive paint coating. 1.1.3 Apply rust inhibitive paint coating and finish paint to structural steel members and second floor level steel deck. 1.1.4 Replace damaged brick units and re-point adjacent, deteriorated mortar. 1.1.5 Install sealant at second floor deck. 1.1.6 Make minor surface repairs and otherwise prepare second floor level concrete deck. 1.1.7 Apply water repellent coating to concrete surface. The location of the project is UPEH Housing Building, Camslant, Chesapeake, VA. The SIC Code 1741, NAICS 235410, the size standard is $ 11.5 million. The due date for quotes has not been scheduled.
