Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to: (1) Remove existing fendering system from eleven H-Pile timber piles that consist of 6 inch D-Bore fendering mounted to timber blocking with mechanical fasteners. (2) Install approximately 173 linear feet of new 2 inch thick UHMW sheeting on existing pier and steel sheet piling that will be detailed in contract drawings. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after contractor's receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this project is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 234990 (formerly SIC Code 1629). The Small Business Size standard is $27.5 million. The due date for quotes is approximately 02/19/2002. This office does not issue solicitation or amendments in paper form.
