- Desc: This synopsis is modified to adjust the solicitation issue and response dates. This is a SOLE SOURCE, firm-fixed price requirement of Circuit Cards, applicable to the C-5 Aircraft. Item 0001: NSN 5998-01-481-3366UC, P/N 125-357-1, Noun: Circuit Card Assembly, 22 each. Dim: 0.0025 inches high, 4 inches wide, 4 inches deep, <.25 pounds. Material: Ceramic. Function: Circuit card used in the variable stator vane amplifier on the C-5 Aircraft. Item 0002: NSN 5998-01-481-3367UC, P/N 125-320-1, Noun: Circuit Card Assembly, 22 each. Dim: 0.0025 inches high, 4 inches wide, 4 inches deep, <.25 pounds. Material: Ceramic. Function: Circuit card used in the variable stator vane amplifier on the C-5 Aircraft. The buy will be solicited electronically with an approximate response date of 04 February 2002. The approximate issue date will be 04 January 2002. The approximate delivery due date is eight months after receipt of the order. RFQ will be available for viewing or downloading from http://www.eps.gov/ website only. No telephone requests. Authority: 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Potential offerors should contact the buyer, identified above, for additional information concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the Contracting Officer, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
