Description: Amendment number one has been issued to change block 10 of the SF 1449. This solicition is being issued for full and open competition and is NOT restricted to small businesses. The announcement is also being amended to change the date of the contract term from "...mid February, 2002 and end on September 30, 2001,..." to "...mid February, 2002, and end on September 30, 2002,..." The due date for receipt of proposals has NOT been extended.
