This requirement is in r esponse to a Joint Logistics Service Center (JLSC) mandate to the U.S. Army (AMC HQ) to implement cited CAV II system and establish accountability of Depot Level Reparables at commercial contractor facilities. The unique information needed to initiate var ious types of CAV transactions, as well as maintain an accurate inventory of on-site AMCOM components exists only at Honeywell Inc., 21640 N. 12th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85027, Cage Code 5Y043.
