Description

The U. S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Technical Information Service, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Public Affairs Technologies, Inc. of Alexandria, VA to upgrade and increase the number of users for prPowerBase, C/S, PerfectPitch Media Contacts Database and PAT WebHost Service prPowerBase with ClipScan from 10 to 30 users. Public Affairs Technologies, Inc. owns the copyright to these products and is the only company that can enter into a contract with the Government to authorize use of these products. This will be a one-year firm-fixed-price contract. The contract will be awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
