Description

IFB No. 241-02-OM-3492 has been cancelled pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 14.209(c)(2), the solicitation has been converted from an Invitation for Bid to a Request for Proposal 02-01. Prefabrication and construction of a new Public Health Nurse Office Building to be located in Pine Ridge, Shannon County, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Construction of the new building shall be a modular, prefabricated construction and shall be a minimum of 223 gross square meters. This will be fixed-price contract. Duration of the contract will be one-hundred ninety (190) days from the notice to proceed date. (RFP) Request for Proposal 02-01 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation package. Project Magnitude is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
