Description

Provide materials and services necessary for replacing the CAT/OUTBOARD ROOF, Building 240, U. S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all services and materials necessary to demolish and remove the existing roofing, the installation of a new bituminous membrane roof system, new flashing, new coping and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 00044 and Drawing No. 2-24008 (Sheets 1 through 7). All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after Award. The REQUEST FOR QUOTATION will be available on the web site on 28 January 2002. Please furnish quotations to the issuing office for Request for Quotation No. DTCG47-02-Q-3EF054 on 28 February 2002 by 4:30 p. m. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation is unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235610.and the small business size standard is $11.5 Million.
