Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # F41636-02-T-0015, is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular # 01-02. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business concerns with an annual income of $10 million or less. The NAICS code for this project is 562219 and applies to this procurement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items or services necessary to perform Grease & Grit Trap, Sewage Holding Tank, and Oil/Water Separator Maintenance as defined in the Statement of Work (attached). The tanks, traps, and separators are located at various areas and buildings throughout Lackland AFB, Lackland Annex, Wilford Hall Medical Center, and Kelly Field Annex. The anticipated period of Performance is 01 April 2002 through 30 September 2002 for the basic period plus four option years (01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003), (01 October 2003 through 30 September 2004), (01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005), and (01 October 2005 through 30 September 2006). All interested parties must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.202-7004 & 252.232-7009. CCR can be obtained by accessing the internet http://www.ccr2000.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Contractors must be registered in CCR database before award can be made. All interested parties may obtain a copy of Solicitation # F41636-02-T-0015 thru EPS. Once contractors have received the full solicitation package, submit written offers by fax or by mail, Fax # 210-671-5063; Mail to: 37 CONS/LGCAA, ATTN: CATHY GARCIA, 1655 SELFRIDGE AVENUE, LACKLAND AFB, TX 78236-5253. The due date for all quotes will be 11 Feb 2002 by 4:00 PM CST. THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO THIS SOLICITATION: REFERENCE APPENDIX 1,WORKLOAD HISTORY FOR OIL/WATER SEPARATORS ADD WHMC, BLDG 4895, QUARTERLY, 1 SEPARATOR, SIZE OF SEPARATOR 8000 GALLONS.
