Description: Description: Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor, materials, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision and all operations required to complete all work necessary to demolish existing Building 934 in accordance with the specification No. ZNRE 01-1087. Work includes demolishing and removing existing underground concrete foundations, all utilities line, handholes/pits, and overhead transformer bank and related power and communication lines. Work also includes backfilling/resurfacing of grade with asphalt concrete pavements and providing storm inlets with drain lines. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
