Description

NA The Directorate of Safety, Health and Environment has a requirement for removal and disposal of hazardous and certain non-hazardous wastes including but not limited to RCRA, CERCLA, Maryland State regulated hazardous waste generated on Aberdeen Proving Gro und. The successful contractor shall be responsible for collection, inventorying, transportation, final treatment, destruction and disposal of the waste described. The successful contractor shall ensure all document reporting is done to include providing the Government with Certificates of Disposal. The contractor shall be responsible for the strictest compliance with all Federal, State, and local environmental laws and regulations. The solicitation will require pricing for a base year and four one-year options. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price with Time and Material requirements contract will be awarded to a single offeror. The closing date has not been firmly established but is estimated on or about March 4, 2002. This solicitation will be po sted to the following website on or about 4 February 2002: http:/www.eps.gov. No paper package is or will be made available. The package will not be made available from any other source than the website provided above.
