Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DAKF06-02-T-0014 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Feder al Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This will be a 100% small business set aside (NAICS: 532420, size standard $18.0M). Responses should be quoted in accordance with the following: CLIN 0001AA, Quantity = 12 Months. Lease of two temporary 24 ft x 60 ft mo bile offices. Units shall contain at least four separate offices each. Units shall be wired for lights and contain heating and air conditioning. Necessary steps shall be included. Skirting is not required. CLIN 0001AB, Quantity = 2 Each. Delivery and se t up on Fort Carson. Units will be placed directly on the ground. CLIN 0001AC, Quantity = 2 Each. Tear down and pick up of units from Fort Carson. CLIN 0002AA, Quantity = 12 Months. Lease of one temporary 12 ft x 60 ft mobile office storage unit. Unit s hall be wired for lights and contain heating and air conditioning. Necessary steps shall be included. Skirting is not required. CLIN 0002AB, Quantity = 1 Each. Delivery and set up on Fort Carson. Unit will be placed directly on the ground. CLIN 0002AC, Q uantity = 1 Each. Tear down and pick up of unit from Fort Carson. Delivery will be to: Bldg. 2757, Fort Carson, CO 80913 by 16 January 2002. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions are applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offero r Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ?
