- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing(BEP) intends to procure (1ea.) OS-9 Software for Embedded Systems from RadiSys. This software is used on Bureau?s COPE PAK Press Zeiser Computers. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106 shall be used.
