Description

The United States Environmental Protection Agengy (EPA), Office of Prevention, Pesticides, and Toxic Substances (0PPTS), Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT), has a requirement for Contract Support for its Economic, Exposure, and Technology Division (EETD) in the areas of economic, policy and scientific analysis, and outreach support. The specific tasks areas included in the Statement of Work (SOW) are: (1) Economic and Policy Analysis related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and other laws, (2) Risk Screening Environmental Indicators (RSEI) Model and other technical support, and (3) Pollution Prevention outreach and other support. This requirement will be procured using full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541620. EPA anticipates the award of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level of Effort Type Contract consisting of an 18 month base period beginning 1 August 2002 with four (4) 18 month overlapping option periods. The baasic quantity is 18,000 hours with an option to increase the quantity 9,000 hours. The RFP will be made available on the Internet at www.epa.gov/oam/hpod, and will appear on or about 13 February 2002. No hard copies of the RFP will be provided without written certification that Internet capability is unavailable. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
