Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F05604-02-T-0002, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition 97-26. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 235920 and the business size maximum is $7.0 million. The proposed contract will be set-aside for a small business concern. The Davis-Bacon Act, General Decision Number CO010002, applies to this contract. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Line item 0001: Non-person services to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to replace four windows in the tower of Bldg # 122. All debris shall be hauled away upon completion of the installation. A crane with 8-story capability will be necessary to perform the work. Work is to be completed 30 days from the day of award. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications/Commercial Items with their proposal.
