- Description
- This is a requirements type contract for a base year with four option years to maintain and or repair curbs and sidewalks, pads, aprons, etc. Work will be on an as required basis and includes but is not limited to: Removal and Disposal of Existing: concrete curb, asphalt concrete pavement curbing, integral concrete curb and gutter, concrete gutter, 4-8 inch thick concrete sidewalks, pads, or aprons, etc. Provide, Install and Construct New: asphalt concrete surface course, asphalt concrete pavement curbing, concrete curb, concrete radius curb, integral concrete curb and gutter, 4-8 inch thick concrete sidewalk, pad, or aprons, etc. Replace Removed Existing with New: concrete curb, concrete radius curb, integral concrete curb and gutter, concrete gutter, 4-8 inch thick sidewalk, pad, or aprons, etc. Furnish and Install for New or Replacement of: select fill materials, landscaping mulch, topsoil and fertilizer, sod in place for concrete curbing, gutters, sidewalks, pads, or aprons, etc. Excavate to Install New: curbing, gutters, sidewalks, pads, or aprons, etc. Provide topographical layout survey services and horizontal / vertical controls. The magnitude of this construction is between $100,000 and $150,000 per year. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted, open to all small and large business. Award of a contract from this solicitation will be made on the basis of best value to the government using past performance / price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 23411. Any concern responding to this solicitation is considered a small business if the annual records of the concern and its affiliates for the proceeding three fiscal years do not exceed $27.5 million. All relevant solicitation documents including specifications and or drawings will be made available for download exclusively from the internet by accessing the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at: http://eps.gov by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305th CONS. Paper copies will NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for bids.
