- FISC Norfolk detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively procure remedial, preventive and emergency maintenance upon the food service equipment at the Ney Hall Galley at the Naval Education and Training Center, Newport, RI. The proposed procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The period of Performance is from 01 March 2002 through 30 September 2002, with one (1) twelve (12) month option period. A firm fixed price contract will be issued. The applicable NADICS Code is 811412. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation will require the submission of a cost/price proposal. The RFP will be made available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil.
