Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure services from KBA-GIORI NORTH AMERICA to retrofit computer program of four (4) Intaglio 10A presses with machine speed dependent ink controls. This procurement action is for services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(10.U.S.C 2304 (c)(1)). See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
