Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to InterVoice-Brite Systems to renew its lease of a Voice Response Unit (VRU) to include an Application Server, Telephony Processor, ISDN Server, Programmable Switch Option (PSO) and Consoles. The VRU operating system software must be SCO UNIX. The VRU must have the capability to be physically connected (via tie trunks) to an existing Aspect Automatic Call Distribution System. This system will house the IRS TeleTax Applications. The TeleTax applications was developed and written using the InterVoice-Brite Write-1 runtime and development software package. The TeleTax applications must be included as part of the standard software package that comes with the system. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written quotation by the date specified (January 16, 2002). All quotes shall include prices, FOB point, point of contact with name and telephone numbers, GSA Schedule Number (if applicable), delivery date, business size and payment terms. No solicitation will be issued, therefore such requests for a solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted in writing.
