Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract to FACTS Training International, 3633 81st Avenue, SW, Olympia, WA 98512, as a sole source for the amount of $136,800.00. The vendor will provide the USMS with the following training. A total of four (4) 3-day tailored training programs for USMS aircraft crew members to become certified compliant to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Part 121. Two program classes will be located in Oklahoma City, OK, one program class located in Alexandria, LA, and one program class in Mesa, AZ. Training and documentation will be provided for USMS crew members participation in General Emergency Situation and Drill training compliant with all FAA Part 121 regulations. Course content includes aviation stress and crew decision making, high altitude physiology and decompression procedures, emergency equipment, in-flight fire fighting procedures, ditching and water landings, underwater egress procedures, and in-flight emergency medical and defibrillator training. All manuals/workbooks and training personnel and practice equipment to be provided by the vendor. This notices is for informational purposes only. NO SOLICIATION WILL BE AVAILABLE. The USMS will proceed with the Firm Fixed Price contract if no responses are received withing fifteen (15) days of this notification. Correspondence must reference this notification number.
