- NA 17. NSN: 4920-01-465-7410, PN: 145G0051-26, PRON: AX2C0045AX, Quantity: 27 each minimum/243 each maximum,5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland , PA. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Required delivery is 27 each 210 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and the re are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTR OL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
