NA This notice is modification 4 to pre-solicitation notice posted October 22. Modifications 1-3 were posted November 15, November 21, and Dec 6, 2001 respectively. OFW Draft Solicitation (DAAD16-02-R-0004) and associated background documents were posted to https://www3.natick.army.mil, Business Opportunities, on Friday, 4 Jan 02 and are available for download. Potential offerors with questions and/or requests for clarifications pertaining to the draft solicitation are reminded to submit their questions via email to patricia.ross@natick.army.mil NLT COB (5:00 p.m. local time) January 14, 2002. Questions received by this date will be processed, and responses will be provided by the Government during open forum discussion during the OFW Pre-Proposal Conferenc e. A draft agenda for the upcoming OFW Pre-Proposal Conference (conference information posted in modification 3) has also been posted to the website above as of 9 January 2002. A schedule for industry briefings and one-on-one sessions with the Government will also be posted to the same website on NLT Monday, Jan 14, 2002.
