Description: NA SUBJECT: MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT TO EXERISE A SHORT TERM OPTION. DESC: Notice of the Government?s intent to modify Contract Number DADA13-02-P-0130 with VRS for the provision of Part-Time Physical Therapy services at Presidio of Monterey Army Health Cl inic (POMAHC) Monterey, CA. The modification will exercise a six (6) month option period in 3-month increments from 26 January 2002 through 25 July 2002. This action is required to prevent a lapse in critical services pending award of a competitive solic itation. Note 22 applies.
