Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (Navair) has a requirement for the procurement of GBU-16 Ground loads post flight analysis on the F/A-18E/F Aircraft. Navair intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC), the sole designer and developer of GBU-16 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-98-G-0037. Navair is the only firm possessing the requisite knowledge and expertise necessary to perform these efforts within the required timeframe. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
